1. OK: a project decides to #upgrade #bugtracking #software
2. existing #user #accounts are lost
3. old #bug reports #lose user info, it says: "Added by Anonymous"
So, have fun checking the status of your bug reports now (1)
advise:
1. tell people first before doing such a thing
2. #import the accounts into the new system, for God's sake
